6. DISPUTES & APPLICABLE LAW
Any dispute shall be resolved amicably between the parties. If an amicable resolution is not possible, the case will be settled by the competent Romanian courts located in the jurisdiction of PROFLUO MIND SRL’s headquarters.
PROFLUO MIND SRL is not liable for any damages, costs, lawsuits, claims, or expenses arising from the user’s failure to comply with the “Terms and Conditions”.
